1. General Information

LingoMusic School provides Spanish language lessons, English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction, music education, and a Spanish & Music After-School Club for children ages 8–11. Programs are offered both in-person in the Nottingham, Maryland area and online for students worldwide.

2. Enrollment

​

Enrollment in any program is subject to availability. Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee placement. A student’s spot is only confirmed once payment or official confirmation has been received.

3. Payments

​

All program fees must be paid according to the instructions provided at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. LingoMusic School reserves the right to adjust pricing for future programs.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

​

Refund policies may vary depending on the program.

​

• After-School Club: Monthly tuition is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Families may cancel at any time by providing notice before their next billing date. Monthly tuition payments are non-refundable once processed, as enrollment is based on limited spots available in our small-group program.

• Summer Club and short-term programs may have limited or no refunds once the program begins.

• Online and recurring lessons may require advance notice for cancellation.

• Any refund requests must be submitted in writing.

 

Specific refund terms will be provided at the time of enrollment.

5. Scheduling and Availability

​

LingoMusic School reserves the right to adjust schedules, instructors, or program availability when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled families of any changes.

6. Online Lessons

​

For online programs, students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and appropriate device. LingoMusic School is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side.

7. Children and Participation

​

Some programs are designed specifically for minors. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring timely attendance and participation.

8. Intellectual Property

​

All materials provided by LingoMusic School, including lesson content, worksheets, and curriculum materials, are the intellectual property of LingoMusic School and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

​

LingoMusic School is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website.
